We are a female-owned realty team working to expand the possibilities of home ownership in Austin, TX. We believe that home buying should be inclusive. We work to educate our community through events and personal client relationships to make new home buyer dreams into Austin home realities. By offering our space for community, education, and art events, we hope to expand the possibilities for an inclusive Austin environment by welcoming friends to a truly open house.

We are focusing on the millennial, first-time buyer market and we are looking for a new business coordinator to perform some administrative tasks, lead generation, and client management. This job would be mostly remote, but there would be a couple of face to face meetings a month and some in-person training through Realty Austin, so we require that you be somewhat local. This means you’re based within 30 minutes of Austin. We also have an office, so if you would like somewhere to come daily, or a couple of times a week, that option is available.

Below is a more specific job description. The compensation model would be a base salary of $40,000 plus bonuses based on performance. Please look over these items and let us know if you have any questions or if you think this would be a good fit!

Job Summary:
$40,000 base salary
Position available starting June 3rd
Local to Austin (within 30 miles)
90% remote work after the first two weeks of training (office available if desired)

Job Description:

-Maintain a Professional Demeanor & Attitude at all times; whether phone, email or text, remembering they are an extension of Open House Austin & your actions, or inactions, could affect our brand & clients perception, Realtors & the public

-Mostly remote (optional) Mon — Fri 9:00–5:30 CST

-Lead Generation Goals for a day
Instagram post
Manage Instagram, Linkedin, and Facebook Communication
Update blog, site as needed

-Lead Management Goals for a day
Add new leads, set action plan, and do first touch
Keep lead tracking sheet updated and monitor Steph and Kristina staying even if possible for a number of leads working
Clear all Salesforce tasks for the day and any overdue
Respond to messages on all social media platforms, and email as they come in
Send books as requests
Send bday treats as needed
Update calendar with phone and appointment requests
Monitor Google Voice number for responses to texts or voicemails that may be important to alert K and S about
Look at Daily Pardot and compare to Lead Sheet to see if there are any names that are not currently listed as being worked that we should act on

-Office Management Goals for a day
Update event calendar
Respond to event requests
Prepare for Open Houses
Event prep for in-office events
Manage vacations and directing clients while someone is gone
