Since women make WAY less than men, we see the power of investing in real estate to grow our wealth, and teach other women the value and financial freedom that comes with investing. We made a list of 9 women in real estate, from agents to designers, that are worth following. From helpful DIYs to flipping tactics, these ladies have so much to give, and so much you can learn from!
1. Stacie | @staciesspaces
Stacie is a home DIYer and blogger! She has completed some incredible projects that give us so much inspiration. She made her own greenhouse (as pictured), garage gym, floating curtains and more! She even details these projects on her blog, so you can learn exactly how she did it and follow suit.
2. Ashley Goldman | @thegoldhive
Ashley began her real estate journey in 2015 when she bought a 100-year-old fixer-upper in San Diego. Since then, she has blogged about her renovation experiences, DIYs, sustainable living, and more! She also is an incredible artist, and created the print pictured (which is for sale).
3. Rashauna Scott | @flippininheels
Rashauna is a Realtor based in Chicago, and also an incredible investor and educator. She teaches women how to confidently invest in real estate, and even has a women investor group that meets twice a month to discuss all things real estate! She is such a successful investor and flipper, and definitely worth following!
4. Jess Colligan | @jess.colligan
Jess is a Dallas/Fort Worth Realtor and lifestyle blogger. She has THE CUTEST page, filled with home and style inspiration, as well as photos of her adorable family. Her page has an awesome aesthetic, and we are constantly inspired by her posts!

Sherri, as well as her husband John, are incredible at fixing up homes! They have now completed 5 fixer uppers, written books, have a podcast, and a HUGE blog. They also have an adorable family, and post such awesome photos. Definitely check out their blog to see the details of all their projects!

Avery is a local Austin gem. She is an incredible interior designer and her page inspires us on a daily basis. Not to mention, she is one of the sweetest people in the world. Seriously, go follow her right this minute.
